Yes, as cheese as it may sound, it's Chris's and I first Halloween as a married couple.
So here, meet our first pumpkin lol. I should have thought of a name for it. It's tiny, but perfectly shaped.
We found it while doing our grocery shopping.

Today it's finally felt like fall in Florida, in a long time. Not that I haven't already been wearing my boots, scarfs and sweaters for those cold A/C rooms, but now I won't sweat as much taking pictures outside! yay!!

P.S. I gotta say I loved the lighting in this pictures. the sun was just at its sweet spot :P

This outfit its one of my favorites. I put it together in 5 min and loved it. Knee socks always add something special to an outfit. And this green color is fall perfect
I just love fall and layering :)

Also, I love this last picture. It's me swaying away from the camera, laughing.
Chris always makes me laugh.

The Shirtdress, again

I've noticed that this dress is hard to photograph.
If  there isn't the right amount of light, the print just won't show as much.
In other words, to edit this pictures was a pain!! lol.

So I've  always worn this dress with a belt, but this time I chose to wear it as is.
Click HERE to see how I've worn it before :)

side note:  I know I always complain how pale I am, but, no, my legs aren't that pale; I'm wearing tights, lol.

AAhhh! Zombies!

Last week I headed out to the movies to watch "World war Z". Anyone seen it yet?
The whole time watching it I was so tense.

Considering I'm not a fan of scary movies anymore (I used to be when I was younger) I love any good movies/games zombie related.
Chris and I play Left for dead on the Xbox and It gets my heart pumping every time, that it should be considered a cardio workout, lol. It's so much fun!

Ahh Zombies!!?
bring it on!

Old pic of Chris and I, charging for a Zombie battle on the xbox! lol
I think It should be a movie poster :P

Silver Lining

Navy blazer- Charlotte Russe
striped tee- HM
shorts-AE (old)
bird necklace- Modcloth
cognac oxfords- Aldo
watch- Daniel Wellington
purse- vintage-Liz Clairbone- Etsy

What a beautiful, breezy Saturday we had this past weekend. It was perfect for this outfit, not too cold for my bare legs and not too hot for a blazer, if only Florida was like that everyday.

Although I didn't spent my day outdoors (though wish I had) I went to the movie theater, and no matter what, that place its always cold. I believe the theater should consider selling hot chocolate or coffee, if they plan on having the A\C that cool, just saying :P. Maybe they do and now I'm making a fool of myself.

So I finally got to see Silver Lining. After the nominations it received, it was a must see. I went with Chris's mom (picture bellow), and we had a blast!

The warmest sweater I own

denim shirt- F21
oxfords- UO
aztec sweater- chicwish
watch- Daniel Wellington

The sweater in this post is probably the thickest one I've ever owned. I could seriously be wearing a bathing suite in a 50 degree weather under this sweater and be just fine... Ok, maybe I'm exaggerating, but I'm glad I decided to not go with my boots on this particular night because I was sweating until my friend gave me ice cream and got super cold again, but it was good ice cream, so no complaining.

I'm hoping this year (well, more like towards the end of this year) I finally get to see snow for the first time. I already know this sweater will be accompanying me to a snowy day someday... It is then, I guess, I'll truly find out if this will remain the warmest sweater I own.

p.s. see some posts of how I worn this oxfords and this shirt before: here, here, here, here
