This past week has been a great week and explains my short hiatus on the blog. I got a job offer at a place I've been wanting to work at for a very long time and I'm over the moon. I will soon share where. 

But I'm back! And here is one of my favorite dresses. Pairing it with this kimono and clogs was ace; also it made my outfit very a la Mulan... minus the sword.

I was conflicted because I wanted to wear a necklace with this outfit, but the earrings really stand out on their own. Minimal is the way to go.

What did I say about this kimono? 

One of my favorites, and I just can't stop wearing it.

My mom loved it so much, as well, that I got one for her too.

The dress was picked out by my husband, and I absolutely love it! 

The beading details + the shape of the dress, reminds me a lot to Free People; that store is my weakness-besides Anthropologie, of course- and getting inspiration from their lookbook is just one of my new favorite things.

This whole thing of posting once a week, feels more like a month has gone by between each post.

I promise, I'm still here.

I always wonder if I will ever get to 80, and still post on this blog.

Lol, am I the only one? ...

So, I've worn this kimono a lot since I've gotten it.

I always wait a while before re-wearing something. But you know what? life is short, and I'm going to wear it and re-wear it as many times as I want to, maybe even when I'm 80 (and maybe blog about it too?) 0_o
