Navy, off white, camel and wine. love it. 

This is a combination I did on a rainy chilly Wednesday, and it took only 5 min except for what boots to wear. It was between brown and cream. My husband helped me pick them and I think he did good :D. 

He is always my helper whenever I have options and can't make up my mind. Though sometimes I must admit that when we are on a hurry he says "yeah that one is fine, let's go" and that usually means we are going with whatever I have on, no time for choosing. On those days I go with a quick decision and instinct.

I have to say my hair looks so dry on that first picture but I finally get my haircut today, so hopefully my hair will start behaving in gratitude.
Long hair is way too complicated to take care of, tho I did like having it on this length for a while , I'm not sure I can deal with it any longer. Every time I roll over to the other side of the bed, my hair is like a long telephone chord on a spinning chair. Maybe having it in a ponytail would've helped when going to bed, but when my hair is tied while sleeping my scalp is sore the next morning,  so that said, that option is a no go.
Changing the subject a bit, I want to thank Couldihavethat for the awesome Daniel Welilngton watch giveaway about a month ago. I was the lucky winner and here I'm sporting it on this post. It's the perfect watch, even my husband wants to wear it, but that is not happening, considering that I'm wearing it 24/7
The lovely necklace I'm wearing was a present from my friend Lauren. It has a penny farthing in it. I love it! .I wore this to go to a late night movie with her. She is now a twilight fan! and she will probably kill me for saying that, haha!

Crochet and Floral

It's not often you go to a Pier1imports , a home decoration based store, and come out with a piece of clothing. 

Last year, for mother's day, I went there and spotted an awesome dress-form that sadly I couldn't afford, mostly since I had a wedding coming up. On the dress form was this particular scarf. I went to the front counter to ask how much the scarf was, they said '100 dollars'... I just had this blank stare of "are you serious?" well I guess not only can I afford the 100 dollar mannequin but also the expensive scarf was out of my reach, lol... when they realized I was talking about the scarf they apologized, we both were talking about two different items. The scarf was 12 dollars, It was the mannequin she was referring to... with that said, I did indeed bought mom a gift, of course (it was mother's day after all) but also I left with this lovely scarf :)

Hello rain day, we meet again. yes, see that shadow like thing on the floor? well is not a shadow, is the wet floor from a previous rain shower. 

 I can't wait 'till is winter (or more like winter in the mornings, summer in the afternoons, Florida winter) where there is no rain. Seriously, we need some cool winds coming our way soon, I can't stand the heat any longer :0

    I love suspenders on guys and on girls, and even more if they are leather and unisex, because not only I have suspenders but these awesome leather pair would be Chris's too, when we are married :P so he is lucky :)

   Chris, my fiancee and I went to look at wedding bands for him last night, it was fun and we have some good options :) I still cant believe we will be married in a little less than 2 months :D!!!!! 

   As many of you know I'm on a shopping ban ever since Chris and I got engaged, because let's face it, weddings are expensive. 

Last night Chris needed to run by target to acquire some food and contact solution. I was dreading to go with him I mean I'm really trying not to shop and any clothing/accessory store is very alluring!. 

He says "well Lizette you don't have to look at stuff" ...but seriously that is like taking me to the zoo and telling me to not look at the giraffe!

 Anyways, I ended up getting a bottle of nail polish, and that was all, so I'm still proud of myself for not walking to the clothing section :P ::insert claps here::

Backwards cardigan makes a top

I love wearing my cardigans, or tops backwards a lot because it creates a fun v shape in the back that always looks pretty. So if you have a cardigan you love just flip it and create a top! 

It was forecast to rain so nothing like a long sleeve top and shorts because is too hot to wear pants and long sleeves at the same time in this Florida weather, and i always prefer shorts over pants any time anyways.

I'm obsessed with camel\mustard and mint lately, what do you think? I'm really addicted to this combination of colors, as well as mint and teal. do you like it too?

On a side note Chris and I are watching Breaking Bad, such a good show, we are addicted to it and if you are not watching it yet you should get on that! ;)

Well not on a jet plane, but on a car. Going to Leesburg, Fl, today, with the band to lead worship at a 2 day camp. So excited!

I love love road trips, i truly do, more on the way there that on the way back (of course) So i cant wait to get on the road with my fwends and play together; and hopefully we wont be eating taco bell before leaving like we did once before (believe me being in a car with guys and taco bell full tummies is not my ideal road trip) and we are just leaving it at that, not getting into details. :P

I have to say is that these shorts are awesome :), even tho they can be hard to combine with a top that is not white. i have yet to see it with burgundy :P

Went to band practice and took these pictures right before practice, as my friends were arriving, so awkward (im easily embarrassed), so i quickly told Chris to stop taking more pictures lol.

My friends and I are part of the band called "The Anchor collective" and we will be leaving for Leesburg, FL next week to lead worship at a retreat on Friday, so we are pretty stoked and ready to go and let God move. We are also leading worship for a church this sunday, so its going to be great! we are really excited. Keep us in your prayers!
