Honeymoon day 2- car breaks down? no worries, take a Camaro

On Monday morning November 12, 2012, Chris and I said our goodbyes to Delray Beach and the Hyatt Hotel as we embarked on our next adventure,  Orlando.

Little did we know the car would break down once we got to Kissimee Fl :(.. but we figured it out after calling and calling car shops. The car would take 3 days to fix so we had to rent one.

We arrived to the rental place, and just as we were going to rent a small/cheap car, the manager finds out we were on our honeymoon and decided to give us a Chevy Camaro for the same price of a regular rental... I know!! crazy and fancy!! :D

At this point we thought "well, I guess everywhere we go we need to mention we are on our honeymoon" LOL

After getting such fancy car for the next 3 days and having a crazy stressful afternoon, we decided to up the day by going to a nice restaurant.

Chris called to make a reservation at Flemings Steak House. They asked him what the occasion was, so we told them we were on our honeymoon... remember, if you are on your honeymoon you may want to tell everyone around you because you get a bunch of good deals, coupons and such, I'm not kidding!!

We arrived at the restaurant and they gave us a gift card, chocolate truffles and a card saying congratulations!

My handsome husband :D

After a wonderful filling dinner we headed out to a coffee shop called, Stardust Video & coffee.
I took a few pictures of the coffee shop so you get the idea of this place

Outside the coffee shop there was a harvest festival, with a bunch of things and of course, music

Chris found this in one of the shop stands, yup, he was all excited, and the girl that makes them gave Chris a sample of the stache wax, so he was stoked!
For all bearded "no shave November' men, this is for you!

And this is the Camaro!! we had to take pictures of this car, obvioulsy! lol

Honeymoon day 1- Delray Beach

Hello everyone! we are back!! and what better than to bring you a day by day snippets from the honeymoon :D!! hopefully soon I will have some pictures from the wedding to share too!

As some of you have read on previous posts, I got married on Nov. 10th, it was perfect and couldn't have asked for a more absolutely beautiful day to get married to my wonderful, now, husband :).... oh my!!!! I'm saying husband, (I'm still getting used to that word  :P)

On Saturday night, we arrived at the Hyatt hotel in Delray Beach FL, and stayed there for two nights before going to Orlando

This is our first picture out on the town as a married couple :)
can you tell how tired we are?

We went to a burger place called Burgerfi, by the beach, which was indeed really good, but who could ever say a burger tastes bad, lol :P

It was indeed a beautiful day at Delray, not cold, not hot, it was perfect. there was a wine and food festival in town so that was lots of fun!

there were also small shops at the festival and a bunch of jewelry stands, I wanted it to buy it all! lol

And how could this be a post in my blog without an outfit post? lol! it was Chris's idea, I had no intention to take outfit pictures the whole week we were gone, but he knew I was bummed I wasn't going to be able to post on my blog for a while, so he told me he would take pictures of my outfits for my blog. what a sweetie he is :)

The watch I'm wearing here is my wedding present from him :D I love the mahogany color of the leather strap :D

We wanted to go out to dinner at night but we were still exhausted from the wedding, plus from walking all over town during the day. We just ordered pasta for delivery and ate till our hearts content.

We also had leftover cake from the wedding which btw I think it was a mistake to bring it along because I wanted to take a bite from it every minute :P but it was delicious, who says No to a moist vanilla cake with dulce de leche? :D... exactly!

Stay tuned for the next few days for more day to day posts from our honeymoon ;)

Got this dress last year and is one of my warm cozy comfy ones, it reminds me of Pocahontas every time I wear it, so since I wore it on Halloween let's just say this was my Pocahontas (in the winter) costume, lol.
The boots were a present from Chris's mom, she gave me a DSW gift card for Christmas last year and just when winter was over I got them, so I never got a chance to wear them but once, and I absolutely love them :)

For Halloween Chris and I went to a friend's dad's haunted house.. His dad builds them every Halloween in their front lawn and everyone from the neighborhood comes to it. It was pretty awesome and fun, it was legit! they did such a good job.

hope you all had a spooky fun Halloween!

Have a lovely Friday <3
