I wore this outfit last week to girl night at Olive Gardens. Nothing like their soups and bread right?

I don't know what made me wear this tights with this dress, but I know I got ready super fast since I had only around 20 min. on the clock. I wore my hair to the side to show the cute little bow on the neck, a cute  little detail.
I questioned the tights a lot but I ended up liking them with the dress, after all I was on a hurry, so no time for second guessing, and I think it turned into a fun color combo regardless. What do you think?

It's Friday!!! and as I type this the radio is yelling it out as well. It's like they are telling me what to write, but the 'Thrift Song' just came up and I'm not writing that one out.

This outfit, believe it or not, was planned last year. Ever since I got this blazer, a while back, I knew I wanted to wear it with this jeans. Can't say no to wine and navy.

The bag is an old one that I got from Volcolm at BC Surf and Sport about 2 years ago. 

I hadn't worn it in a while, but also I had to go through unpacked boxes last week (making a mess) to be able to use it.

Talking about unpacked boxes, Chris and I started our apartment hunt yesterday. 

I'm so excited! Moving to a different place it's fun to me. 

I've moved at least 5 times in my life and it's made me like change when it comes to being in a new place or making something look visually different. 

Every other Saturday, when I was a kid, I would draw how I wanted my room to look like, to then rearrange all the furniture. I remember that satisfactory feeling of making the room look different. 

  I would even get tired of looking at the same decorative pillows I had on my bed, that I would draw and color something in paper from time to time and stick it to the front of the decorative pillows to change their look, fun times! 

...Anyways, so we've looked at 3 apartments so far and this Saturday we continue the search. 

I just can't wait to be in a new place and to start making it our own. ^^

It's Wednesday and not even coffee has woken me up this morning. 

Daylight savings its nice for when you are in the car in the mornings and the sun is not hurting your eyes, but it's so dark outside now that it looks like its 9pm and I should be crawling back to bed to go back to sleep. 

But regardless of how dark is outside, I always feel like that in the mornings. And if you are wondering, yes, I'm not a morning person. ><

So on Saturday last week, Chris and I headed out on a double date with our friends Chris and Chelsea. We headed out to eat crepes! It was so so yummy and it was great spending time with them. I will miss them a lot when they move in May.

I think that is the one part of growing up I don't like, (other than starting to count gray hairs or wrinkles, lol. Just kidding) one makes lots of friendships in a lifetime but there are ones that you grow so attached and close to, and you never know when will be the time one of them has to move and say goodbye. It's really sad and I wish teletransportation really existed for quick visits here and there. I know there'll be a time when Chris and I will move too. But right now I'm not thinking about it.

Chelsea and Chris if you are reading this, we love you lots and it will be so sad to see you two go, but I know where you are going is exactly where God wants you to be right now. But Chris and I will definitely be visiting you up there <3 New Hampshire!!! wooo!!!! 

And psh, it's only March! I still have you two for two more months! :D

P.S. If you were confused about the name Chris. Chelsea's husband and my husband have the same names :P

An Oversized top

A couple of weeks ago I had this outfit on repeat.
This outfit has gone with me to girl night, to watching the Grammy's at my friends house and running errands with the hubby.
The top is one of those that comes out when I can't think of what to wear, then time beats me, and all I grab is the shapeless biggest top peeking out of my closet and head out the door.

Nothing like a flowy, oversized and comfortable but still cute top to have on the go.
