A New Year

Fleetwood Mac tee + Boucle slouch cardi + Breaker Heeled boot + Levi's Rugged Busted Knee skinny jeans + Arrow stone ring: Free People

I've been wearing this tee, this cardi, and these boots non stop. See? You haven't missed much since my last outfit post!

Below is one of my favorite photos from our Christmas morning. The light reflected so beautifully in our dining room as we enjoyed our Christmas breakfast. And this tapestry was such a cute and simple add on to our Christmas decor this year.

At the Rosser household it's become a yearly tradition to pack Christmas up on New Years day. But this time of course I didn't just stop there. I also managed to find time to get rid of a lot of clutter, and clothes I didn't wear. And it felt amazing to finally let them go.
Although I must admit that today I'm exhausted.

Here's to a new year where I will just keep de-cluttering as I go. Bring it 2017!

Happy New Year!

Alana Pullover + High rise Busted Skinny + Labyrinth metallic lace choker + Arrow stone ring: Free People | Accordion ankle boot by Seychelles: Revolve Clothing | Hat (borrowed from the husband): All Saints | lipstick by Mary kay: Rich Fig

When you work 6 days (sometimes 7) days a week there's absolutely no time for anything. So it's been tough on the blog and my energy, but here I am just a couple days away from Christmas!!!

I wore this outfit a few days ago. Three special things I love about it:

-The hat: I've been borrowing my husband's hat a lot. It's unisex, so why not. Am I right?!?

-The lace choker: it's my new favorite piece of jewelry. I love the softness and design. It's an easy piece that can be worn dressed up or down.

-The lipstick: For a while I was looking for the perfect shade of lipstick that would look good on me. I wanted something winter-like, and after going through samples and samples I found the perfect shade. The one I'm wearing here is the color "Rich Fig" by Mary Kay.

The house is in full Holiday swing, and I'm currently wrapping what seems like a never ending pile of presents. But I'm not complaining. Christmas sneaks up on you so I'm enjoying every bit of it.

P.S. Happy first day of WINTER and Happy Christmas!!

To the Moon!

Fleetwood Flight suit in Cinnamon + Breakers heel boot in clay: Free People

Things I've heard while wearing this jumpsuit:

-"Where are you going, on a spaceship?"
-"Maverick"
-"Highway to the danger zone"
-"super cute"
-"I love it"

and to all I laugh and agree. I love this piece so much! Give me anything mad-cool-weird and you'll bet I'll be the one wearing it. Thank you Free People for understanding the story of my life. Not to mention that this piece is the most comfortable piece ever and the color is simply gorgeous...

... Now excuse me while I go board my jet or spaceship. You'll never know...

The Perfect Staple

Continental Peplum in biscotti + Sensual Military Duster in oyster grey + Breakers Heel Boot in clay: Free People | jeans: DSTLD

I have a soft heart for dusters. This one has been on my wish-list since I saw it in the Free People April 2016 catalog, my favorite this year.
This duster surely didn't disappoint in color and structure, the material feels nice and cool to wear here in Florida. Definitely a great neutral piece I expect will continue to get a lot of wear this fall and coming winter. A perfect staple.

November is around the corner, which means wedding anniversary is approaching, the 'Fantastic Beasts and where to find them' movie, cooler temperatures, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years!

Exciting times I tell you!

Hurricanes and Birthdays

Untitled Untitled Untitled Untitled Untitled Untitled Untitled

Honey Drip Vest + Bandit Denim Cutoffs (One Teaspoon) + Coal Tall Boot (Freebird by Steven) + Ring Leader hat: Free People

This year I welcomed my birthday with a hurricane that, thank God, completely missed us. A category 4 is nothing to take lightly.
My husband and I didn't want to risk staying in a no-shutter-home, so we decided to pack and go to a safer house to pass the storm.
Packing made us realize we have a lot of stuff that we need to give away. Sometimes it takes a storm... or watching Hoarders. Next time I'll take the latter.

Twenty nine! The last year in my 20's. At work people keep telling me I look 25 or less. It's probably the best compliment at 29. I remember at 14, people would tell me I looked 18... Oh, the mystery.

I wore this outfit a few weeks ago. The shorts have such a cute messy cut and the material is really sturdy. One Teaspoon may just be one of my new favorite denim brands. You know me, give me anything with holes, a worn down look and I'm in.
