1940's is one of my favorite eras... aside from the 50's and 60's 

loved how this outfit came together  i felt like i went back in time... 

and yes ive been wearing burgundy a lot lately! but is always been my favorite color ;)

celebrated my sweet boyfriends birthday.. its really hard to plan a birthday party for him being that his birthday falls on christmas eve.. so it was fitting to have it the weekend before christmas.

it turned out really well and was so happy all of our friends came over to celebrate with us :) 

Chris and I are more than blessed to have them not only as friends but as brothers and sisters in Christ. 

we are a family ;)

after i had bought this cardigan i thought i got it with a missing button on the right side... well, i just recently noticed one button is in the outside left and the other one goes on the inside right, to button the ends of the sweater... such a cute detail i hadn't noticed, so now is def my favorite cardi ever! :P
