Dusk

I can never get enough of an all white outfit; I'm always pleased with the result. The coat was the perfect finish to give the outfit dimension.

I have to say that dusk is probably my favorite lighting, and not just for photos. 

The sun is hiding away,  golden hour has reached the end,  and the light begins to dim. I'm in love with that between light and dark moment. What a happy calming medium: dusk. 

Old Like New

I got these pants last year and I have to say they are very, VERY comfortable.

Pretty much this whole outfit is put together with old pieces, and I love that. I don't want to become a trend -wear one day discard the next- person.
The older I get the more I want to showcase what I feel like wearing and styling, not trend rules.
Yes, I may fall into something cute that is recent and trendy here and there, BUT! I don't ever forget those old key central pieces I've gotten over the years and love. So here is my old like new outfit.

Also my hat may have flown away a couple times in the making of these pictures. Mother nature really liked my hat. 

Athleisure

These Aritzia pants are versatile and super comfortable. I can dress them up for work with a button down, or wear them with a hoodie or crop top to complete that athleisure look. 

To top it all off (cause you know you have to elevate the sporty look) add a coat or a blazer. Now you are ready to conquer the world, or go to the gym. No one will ever know, but you look amazing.

Same But Different

Same but different. If you scrolled through the pictures real fast, then you probably missed it. If so here it goes: I finally got my first tattoo, and I love it. It's a Eucalyptus.

Honest, what a better way to start with your first tattoo than with the one you've been fixated on for THREE YEARS! -dear permanent ink I had a long time to think about you, and there were no regrets in the making- I'm very happy with it.

Unto style things: 

I have this scarf in two colors, but this one is my favorite one to date. I love a good blanket size scarf that you can wrap and hide in, cause sometimes the world is cruel (reality: the weather in SoFlo has been in my favor)

Not visible (but wearing) are my new Mejuri earrings. I recently decided to make my first purchase, and their jewelry is beautiful, classic and minimal. I already have my eye on a few more pieces. I will make sure to post a photo of them soon.


Anyone excited for the Oscars?  I am.
