When I started blogging I did a post everyday. That eventually became an every other day post, until it was once a week, to now being a whenever I can situation.

Hopefully those whenever I can situations don't take such a long hiatus once again. I haven't posted since SPRING!! But then again Spring + Summer aren't my kind of seasons. Fall and Winter all the way. 

I love this jumpsuit and the fact that it has a self tie waist. The only thing missing? POCKETS! But I totally get it, pockets with the self tie would've been way too much! But do believe me when I say every time I wear this piece I keep trying to find pockets. I just need pockets when I wear pants.

Spring bells are ringing

This striped top screams spring! The color of the stripes + the cute bell sleeves and the off shoulder style. What can I say, I'm obsessed.


Once again I'm wearing my 501 Levi's. I get so many compliments every time I wear this pair, and the light wash is one of my fave. I call them my baggy skinnys.


The pair of earrings I'm wearing here were my valentines present this year. The company Catori Life has beautiful handmade boho jewelry, and for every piece purchased they plant 30 trees that offer jobs in places like Haiti, Madagascar, Nepal and Ethiopia. AMAZING!  Check it out!

Adidas Pullover + boots: UO | Levi's mile high jeans: Free People

I'm not much of a sporty person, but come on! This pullover is way too cute. 

The cropped sleeves also make it perfect for cool weather in Florida. 

This outfit has been on repeat, and this super high waisted jeans are my new favorite pair of black jeans.

I've always known Levi's jeans for having a stiff fabric, but not the Mile Highs. These are stretchy and have such a flattering fit. I definitely recommend this pair if you are looking for a basic super high waisted pair. 

I seriously need these in every color. 

Lifetime Leather

I didn't get bangs again, just posting 3 month old photos because slacking. Old habits die hard.

A black leather jacket is a great wardrobe staple and something that will last a lifetime. I love how BA this one is and that the hubz and I now have a matching pair.

Also nothing like a good white sneaker. Anyone?
I was happy to find this style from Converse. They are super comfortable and remind me a little bit of Adidas superstars.
But yes, I still would like an Adidas pair.

Platinum hair care tips.

These photos were taken last year, but I'm just now finding the time to post them; slacking on the blogging department. 

I've been wearing this hat non stop. It''s basically glued to my head now a days. 

I've had people ask me about my hair care and how I keep it healthy after so much processing, so I decided to share it on a post. 

First things first, I don't bleach my own hair. I go to my amazing hairstylist because she knows better than me. But if you can bleach it yourself without damaging it, kudos to you! 

Anyways, here it goes:

1. I wash my hair every other day, to every 2 days. I usually wash it at night letting it air dry. I rarely use the hair dryer.

2. I make sure to get my haircut/ends cut every 6 to 8 weeks.

3. Every 3 weeks I use Salerm wheat germ hair mask (I buy it on amazon). Leaves your hair so soft! and you can also apply a dime size to your dry hair to give it a shine. It works wonders.

4. The shampoo I use to keep it from going brassy is Clairol's Shimmer lights purple shampoo. 

5. For conditioner I use Clairol's shimmer lights as well. The purple conditioner is a lot stronger and could leave your hair purple so I use it on every two washes. 

The times I don't apply the purple conditioner I use Nexxus conditioner, but you can use any good conditioner.
